My husband and had dinner last night in the dining room of the French Manor. The cocktails and service were delightful. My wife has a severe allergy to onions and unfortunately for her,. all three choices she considered for her entree were onion based. Here's the problem. The chef was inflexible and would not alter his recipes. She ended uo selecting a lobster tail that was served plain and dry. For a high end and expensive restaurant here with a limited menu, we found this issue to be very disappointing. For example, she has had duck in much less expensive restaurants where chefs made easy ,simple no onion sauces to replace the one on the menu. Love the atmosphere. Thumbs down to the chef!

Fantastic! Everyone on the staff is exceptionally friendly and they do whatever they can to make your stay more enjoyable. The dinner and breakfast food was probably among the best we ever had. Would highly recommend!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The ambiance of the restaurant was very romantic. The food was is,French cuisine so if you like you will love it. If you have never tried then I think it will be a great experience. I stayed for 3days and enjoyed the spa. You might need to adventure outside the manor for extra activities. Yes I recommend and would go back again.
My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay! You'll find an incredible attention to detail at The French Manor. From the comfy bed, cleanliness of the room and bathroom, the spa and sauna, and of course the delicious food! We especially loved breakfast each morning. And the mountain views make this the perfect getaway!
